Shipments and returns
Shipping (Within Singapore)
The D-NEXUS Team endeavors to ship all packages out within 24 -72 business hours of purchase. From time to time however, shortages of popular products may make it difficult to meet this goal. If this happens, you will be notified. On occasion we may also call you, either for notification on a product you ordered or to check your delivery and payment information. You may also be contacted previous to shipping if there is a problem with your information such as your e-mail address.
International Shipping
D-NEXUS will ship internationally to locations that are serviced by UPS, DHL, Fedex or EMS speed post.
- For UPS, DHL and Fedex the international shipping is between 3 to 4 working days.
- For EMS speed post, the Shipping can take between 6 to 15 working days.
- All products shipped with insurance.
Customers can also use their own means of shipping methods. For example, customers from other countries can choose Fedex. DHL or other shipping companies to either pick up the goods from our store and bear the cost of shipping. In this cases, D-NEXUS will only charge the customer for the goods and bank administration charge.
Signatures and Company Stamp
We require a signature and Company Stamp on all packages sent from D-NEXUS. This means that D-NEXUS Delivery personnel will not leave a package at your door. We require this for delivery assurance. If you are not in your Office (home) to accept the package, D-NEXUS will do a surcharge for the next delivery attempts.
Warranty and Returns
All manufacturers warranties apply to the respective manufacturer. After your purchase all warranty issues should be directed to the manufacturer, (unless otherwise noted).
Most of the Notebooks and PDAs comes with International Warranty. Kindly refer to the Products Page on the Warranty Terms.
For Items not covered by International warranty, You can still purchase the Items from us. If the item becomes faulty over the warranty period, you can ship the item to us and we will send the item to be serviced. And we will send back the item to you once it is serviced. Kindly please note that the shipping charges has to be borne by the customer.

D-NEXUS offers products for IT personnel's and computer enthusiasts. D-NEXUS is not responsible for your CPU or other hardware. D-NEXUS is not liable for any consequential damages. Consequential damages is defined as any damage which is a consequence of using this product or our website (data loss; hardware loss; or economic losses like profit loss, customer loss, or time loss). D-NEXUS liability is limited to the cost of the product purchased from us. Use of our products happens at your own risk.
